Shop's Terms and Conditions:

-Refunds are available up to 14 days after the item has been received if the customer isn't happy with the item. The artwork must be sent back to the artist straight away, at the customer's cost, in the same condition as it was received. If the item is being sent back because the item was damaged, a picture detailing the damage must be shown for the postal insurance to be claimed. If the item was damaged by the customer during those 14 days, no refund will be given.

-Once the item purchase has been purchased, we aim to get it sent within 7 working days.
